What are the delivery charges for orders from the Online Shop?

Delivery charges for orders less than $2,500 orders will be invoiced to your account after it was delivered. We have free shipping for orders over $2,500.

Which payment methods are accepted in the Online Shop?

Debit, Credit and direct wire transfer. We also provide zelle payment too. We are not responsible of any wire transfer fees. 

How long will delivery take?

The orders will be shipped within 2 business days. We ship from our California and Delaware location. Please check your UPS zones for expected delivery dates.

How secure is shopping in the Online Shop? Is my data protected?

We provide excel spreadsheet order form and once you submit your order, we will send you your proforma invoice to pay. We will not charge you until we make sure all the ordered products are available to ship. You will not enter your card information into our online shop.

What exactly happens after ordering?

Once the order is placed, we will check if all products are in stock and if there is anything in backorder we will let you know with the expected delivery date for that specific product. Our warehouse team will ship products within 2 business days. 

Do I receive an invoice for my order?

Once order is delivered you will receive your actual invoice inside your order. We can always send you electronic pdf invoices if you would like.
